TPnavigator is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Through the contact form on this website, you may provide the following information:

Email address
Phone number (optional)
Company name
The content of your message or any attached documents

TPnavigator does not process special categories of personal data.

3 — How do we use your data?

Your data is used exclusively to:

respond to your contact request or request for proposal;
schedule a call or meeting;
deliver services if you become a client.

TPnavigator does not send commercial newsletters without your explicit consent.

4 — Legal basis

Processing is based on:

Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for handling contact requests;
Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for the delivery of services.

5 — How long do we retain your data?

Contact details submitted via the contact form are retained for as long as necessary to handle your request, and for a maximum of one year thereafter. Client data is retained in accordance with statutory retention periods (7 years).

6 — Do we share your data?

TPnavigator does not share your personal data with third parties, except:

FormSubmit.co — the service used to process the contact form. When you submit a form, your data is routed through FormSubmit.co's servers before being delivered to TPnavigator. FormSubmit.co sets a functional cookie to prevent spam and bot abuse. See the FormSubmit.co privacy policy for more information;
Google LLC — fonts on this website are loaded via Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Your browser connects to Google's servers for this purpose, transmitting your IP address to Google. See Google's privacy policy for more information;
other processors engaged by TPnavigator for service delivery, with whom a data processing agreement is in place;
where required by law.

7 — Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses no third-party tracking cookies or analytics services. No cookies are placed for advertising or profiling purposes.

The following cookies or storage mechanisms may be active:

FormSubmit.co (functional cookie) — when you use the contact form, FormSubmit.co sets a cookie to prevent bot abuse. This cookie is strictly necessary for the form to function.
Google Fonts — fonts are loaded via Google's servers. Your browser sends a request to Google for this purpose, transmitting your IP address. Google may log this request in accordance with their own policy.
Theme preference (local storage) — your choice of light or dark display mode is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This is not a cookie and the data is not transmitted to any external server.
