4.2 TPLS may from time to time present programming fixes, updates and upgrades to you, including version updates to the Software. You may accept or reject such programming fixes, updates and upgrades to you, including version updates at your sole discretion.

4.3 TPLS is not responsible for any lost data associated with your use of the TPN.  While all answers are understood to be confidential, TPLS and its service providers are not responsible for the storing or integrity of that data.  In the event of any user data being lost or destroyed, the user will hold TPLS harmless from any liability.

5.1 TPLS reserves the right to run advertisements and promotions on the TPN.
